cheesecloth - thank you very much. 

maple syrup, nutritional yeast, psyllium husk (for lentil bread)

your favorite spices. Middle Eastern Spices: Zatar, Sumac. Mexican Spices. Spanish Smoked Paprika + Sweet + Hot. Thai + Indian: Curry 

books.  we love a good read. nonfiction is very good

supplements. hard to get in Peru. organic - pure only, kindly  

Many supplements these days add toxic chemicals,
b12, iron, vitamin c, vegan multivitamin - we share with our workers

mosquito head nets (they are more expensive locally)

oven thermometer. not sure why it melted, ja.

local kids love stuff too - balls, art supplies etc

anything cool for the farm: your favorite farm tools, wisdom.
