Reforesting after a fire.

Our crew, the neighbors and the bee community all worked together to replant the area that was damaged in the fire. They worked hard with our basic tools and limited supplies. Many trees were planted. Trees whose seeds we collected.

The Jacarada tree we found in Santa Theresa. Finding seeds has been a part of the project that we learn more about for the longer we are doing this.

Late in the day 20 or so people arrived back at the farm.

We greeted them with flor de Jamaica and natural ginger sodas and a nice meal.

Grateful to everyone's help today. We love trees and we love bees.
