Caigua, Cyclanthera pedata, and Taro, Colocasia esculenta,

Today breakfast was a traditional food, Caigua, Cyclanthera pedata, and Taro, Colocasia esculenta, both grown here on the farm. A fresh mint tea and tomatos from the farm as well as local Cacao hot drink was served.
